SPIRULINE was a fundamental food in the diet of the Aztecs for centuries. This blue-green algae is rich in tryptophan, one of the 10 essential amino acids necessary for our body. It also provides chlorophyll, various vitamins and minerals.

SPIRULINE ALGAE AND MATCHA TEA SHAKE:

You can add a tablespoon of maca powder to smoothies, cereals, and oatmeal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon matcha tea powder
  • 1 pinch spirulina algae powder
  • 2 teaspoons hemp seeds
  • 1 teaspoon brown cane sugar
  • 5 pistachios, peeled
  • 1 Pink Lady apple
  • Vegetable oat milk
  • Ground cinnamon

In a blender add water and all the ingredients. Mix and serve.
