Maca Smoothie:

You can add a tablespoon of maca powder to smoothies, cereals, and oatmeal.


  • 1 cup of spinach
  • Half cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/4 of piece of ginger
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 tablespoon of maca powder

In a blender add water and all the ingredients. Mix and serve.
